Your cleaner will arrive at your home on the scheduled day and time. Please allow for 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time for traffic delays. If you are going to be home on that day, great! You’ll be able to meet your cleaner in person. If not, you can give us your keys beforehand, give us access to a lock box, or arrange any other system that works best for you.

Our cleaners will respect your property and clean with care. When it comes to your personal belongings, we have specific guidelines they follow:  for personal items like art on walls and electronic equipment like TVs, computers, and printers, our Sammamish cleaners are instructed to only dust them lightly.
