Policies & guarantees
Because we are a small business and there is high demand for our services, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy. A $50 dollar fee is charged for cancellations occurring 72 hours prior to cleaning appointment and there is no rescheduling fee. A $100 dollar cancellation fee/charge will occur for cancellations made 24 hours prior to scheduled cleaning appointment.
In the event we can’t gain access to your home on the scheduled date and time, we will try to connect with you and wait up to 30 minutes to resolve access to your space issue. If we are unable to obtain access, the cancellation fee is a full-service price.

Project Guarantee Policy
Since each home is unique and each client has individual care requests, some areas of the home might be missed. In order for us to provide you with the best service possible, we offer a guaranteed satisfaction policy. If an area was missed in the cleaning of your home, we will be happy to come back at no extra charge to you, as long as we’re notified of the overlooked area within 48 hours.
