Can I Skip My Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Or Monthly Cleaning?
If you are set up to have regular cleaning services, you may cancel or reschedule your cleaning for any reason if you call us at least 24 hours in advance. The number is (206) 673-2282. We will resume your regular cleaning on the next scheduled cleaning date.
Can I Get a Morning or Afternoon Schedule?
Yes! One of the things that we take great pride in is our ability to be flexible. Therefore, after our initial discussion with you, we will match you with a house cleaning specialist that will best match your needs. We will then contact you with a range of dates and times for your regular cleaning to see which will work best with your schedule.
How Many Hours Will the Cleaning Take?
Several variables come into play when we discuss how long it will take to clean your home. If you have signed up for a particular cleaning service, such as a deep cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning, or post-construction cleaning, these options can take longer due to the special nature of the services and dedication to detail.
When it comes to regularly scheduled house cleanings, the first clean may take longer than usual due to the cleaning service needing to get your home into our “standard of clean” condition – sparkling and hygienic! After that, the timing of your regular cleaning should be consistent as your cleaning service maintains your home.

Can I Trust the Cleaning Technician?

What Situations Will Prevent The Cleaner From Cleaning My Home?
Our house cleaning professionals are, of course, humans. Therefore, anything that might keep regular people from attending work (natural disasters, snow, sickness) would extend to our team. Additionally, if we find that your house is inhospitable (illness, bug-infested), they may choose not to enter your home for their own safety.
There are some things that house cleaners are not supposed to clean, traditionally, either by your choice or theirs. This would include irreplaceable antiques, collectibles, bodily fluids, and pet waste.
